Nature is Healer
All sustenance comes from the mother, Papatuanuku, Pachamama, Gaia – our living earth.
Everything that comes from her is created from seed, and blooms into plants, animals, flowers, vegetables, herbs…into medicine.
All sustenance that enters our body is life force energy, the vibration present in and as all things that exist in creation. The nutrients in our food are made of the elements and are the raw materials to synergise with our being and create who we are.
Eating with presence and gratitude is fundamental to a wholesome meal and is an embodied human experience of nourishment. Eating connects us to source, to each other, and is a direct and daily opportunity to positively influence our wellbeing, our environment and our common future.
Honoring Traditional Ways
I am a passionate advocate for the nourishing traditions of our ancestors. They ate what was in season and preserved what was in abundance. They foraged and fermented and used every part of the animals and plants they hunted and gathered. What they took into their bodies was naturally organic and free from any chemicals and they lived in deep reverence with the earth and all of life.

Linda infuses ancient nourishing principles with contemporary global cuisine, to inspire delicious and nutritious food crafting and promoting the pleasure of eating. Her wholesome plant-rich fare is consciously sourced – honoring fresh, wild, seasonal and organically grown ingredients and supporting local growers/businesses that uphold sustainable and regenerative practices. Linda shares food with your greatest wellbeing in mind.
Real food is wholesome, natural and nourishing, it is unprocessed and free from chemicals that are harmful. Real food is sustained yet unaltered by man. Real food is wholefood – created with the elements of earth, air, fire & water and carries the imprint of the ancient ways.

When preparing food, I do so with Prasad, meaning I prepare it with the intention to uplift the good, the beauty and the truth within another.
The cornerstone values of Earth Kitchen’s alchemy:
- Earth Kitchen values quality local ingredients in alignment and celebration of the seasons and growing practices that are regenerative for our planet
- Supporting local growers and businesses, Earth Kitchen prioritizes organic, spray free, wild foraged and home grown food/products that are produced in harmony with natural ecosystems and with the intent to sustain and nurture life
- Earth Kitchen sources ingredients/products cultivated without perpetuating oppression of any kind or suffering for the creatures, humans or for the earth
- Value is given to the crafting of food with respect for the ingredients and of treating them in a way that their highest potential is expressed
- All meals are shared with healing intention. In one way, this means food that supports- calming the nervous system, aiding in detoxification, supporting gut health and low inflammation, boosting immunity and fortifying your entire being
- Earth Kitchen offers simple, nutrient-dense dishes prepared from scratch. To prioritize wholefood and wellbeing my foundational menus are free from ingredients such as gluten, dairy, refined sugar, processed oils.
