It was a real joy and eye opener to have such inspirational and nutritious meals prepared – and they tasted so good! Having Linda inform me of the properties of different foods and how to source them efficiently has made a massive difference to my lifestyle and body. It is amazing to realise foods that work for your specific body type and ones that often don’t. Linda has allowed me to realise my habits and that eating well and mindfully changes the whole experience of a meal. I was always one to wolf down a meal, going back for seconds without even noticing the taste.
