When Linda took on the job of catering for the crew at Bushweek Festival – we had no idea what a treat we were in for! Every meal that she served was vibrant, nutritious and absolutely delicious. It was no small task; She cooked lunch and dinner for 100 people for 5 days straight and then to top it off, catered for 1000 people for our ‘festival feast’ on the last day. Our crew were delighted with the crew food each day, and this level of nourishment was pivotal in maintaining their spirits and energy levels through the hard week of work. Linda’s dedication and attention to detail was impeccable. These qualities shone through from the early stages of planning and ordering, to the flavours and colours of each meal, and the cleanliness and order of the kitchen at all times. She maintained her warm and loving spirit even under large amounts of pressure. She always had a clear and genuine smile on her face and was read to go the extra mile. It was a pleasure to work with Linda and we are so grateful for her raising the standards so high for crew-food, as this is such an important element for events.
